Two ladies, Alysha and Lucy are having a great old crack in the West Gippsland with their new label Allevare.
Farming Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot, Shiraz and Cabernet on their 6 acre plot planted in 1998/99, all following regenerative (goes further than just organic) practices since they took over the land last year. The girls have been reviving the health of their vines and soils to bring ensure the wine in your glass is a tasty and cared for as you could ask for. These two are defining what natural winemaking is all about. Bootstrapped, thoughtful, fun and all done in high spirits.
