Beginning as a family hobby, with the family having migrated from a small village in Greece, Ari longed for the wine he made and was drinking whilst growing up. So in 1985 began Ari's Natural Wine Co.
Ari, with son Tony, 30 years after making wine in Australia finally decided it was time to open this special family product to the public and Ari's Natural Wine Co was born. The focus for the family is on sourcing fruit from like-minded growers in the Southern Highlands, Goulburn and Murrumbateman. All the fruit is hand harvested and the whole process is undertaken by hand with no electricity or pumps used. It's underpinned by one simple saying 'nothing added, nothing taken away'. All the wines are wild fermented, unfiltered, unfined and no sulphur added at any stage.
