Bellarine Jam
What's the jam here? Well Katherine is a one-man band on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, a side hustle she started after moving back to Bellarine from Europe and having helped her grandparents harvest and preserve fruit from their backyard. In addition to her day design job, Katherine manages to make some sweet sweet flavours of fruit she's collected from her own family garden and the surrounding region. Licking our lips as we write this.
