Tom and Sally Belford aim to produce wines that both represent the minimal intervention movement and a strong sense of origin, however, they also want to continue to release wines that delight.

After spending time on various vintages throughout South-East Australia and France, Tom and Sally Belford released their first wine in 2010. As with the other winemakers on our site, they stick with naturally occurring yeasts and bacteria, avoid heating or cooling the wines and bottled without fining or filtration. Their wines are light, fragrant and savoury consistently year on year.
