Bondi Brewing Co started in a garage at the top of North Bondi Beach that was home to the micro brewery known only by the locals as The Ben Buckler Brewery. It was there that Paul had been concocting all types of non-commercial craft beers in secret. The long time dream to release his beer became a reality when he teamed up with mate Brendan.
