Cam Stephens is all about flavour and having started off in the coffee industry, appreciating the finer qualities of life (similarly to natural wine) decided that he wanted to turn the focus into food and especially pickling - his passion. Connecting organic farm produce with us through delicious pickles, hot sauce ferments and other preserving methods, not only do they put yum back into your toastie or midnight snack, but showcases a solution to our food waste problem.
