Established in 2006 after years of researching methods of natural winemaking, Daniele has a thirst for new knowledge and that drives him to create viticulture that is in harmony with the surrounds.
Located in St Giovanni Ilarione, in the province of Verona, the indigenous grape is called ‘Durella’. Characterised by fresh, mineral notes and a pronounced acidity. Across the vineyard Daniele adopts practices and farming to prevent it becoming a mono-culture.
