Domaine J. Cecillon

Johanna Cécillon Estate is a certified organic orchard of Brittany, comprising of 8 hectares of high-stem orchards in the towns of Sévignac and Trédias as well as 3 hectares of meadows. Orchards include 14 different varieties of apples: sweet, bitter and tangy. The parcel selections revealed these forgotten Celtic terroirs with one goal: to produce exceptional ciders, rare with lots of finesse. Ancestral method is used to craft these ciders.
