Agnès and René have their vineyards at Saint Lambert du Lattay and are immaculately maintained. Certified Biologique by Qualite France. Before becoming vignerons, the Mosse had owned a wine-bar/retail shop hybrid in Tours. They credit the great vignerons they met there for their passion to make wine. The effort they put into vineyard work, it is equally important to them to vinify in a natural fashion and they are particularly attentive to minimising manipulations and the use of sulphur. All the wines are barrel fermented and aged.
