The Vinet family have farmed their vineyards since 1948. Starting with the La Quilla domaine, they acquired the Domaine Saint Martin in 2000.
Focusing solely on the Melon de Dourgogne grape, the three muscadet are a celebration of terroir, with the Domaine de St-Martin vineyard composed of granite and gneiss, and the Domaine de la Quilla vineyard composed of micaschist, gneiss and amphibolite.
The Vinets working philosophy is based on the quality of their soils. They adapt the work to the plot of land according to the differences in the soil. Thus, each of the wines develops its identity and its character.
