Peter Dredge is not one for bigotry and lying between styles, he is making more classical tasting wines in Tassie but with a modern lense.

Recognising there is a history and set of desired styles,  Peter's ground rules involve organic fruit only and no fining. He wants to show that wines can appeal to traditionalists whilst still being minimal, fresh and ageable. He has now taken his skills over to Oregon in the US, making some pretty fun and delicious Pinot & Gamay. Peter's wines have a certain way with your mouth and of recently continue to shine highly when reviewed by the likes of The Wine Front.
