Drifter Wine Co

Drifter Wine Co is the brain child of Lily and Jeremy. They wanted a way to explore the varieties and styles that speak to the way they live the rest of their lives... low impact and environmentally conscious. Lily grew up in the Barossa, Jeremy in Sydney. She has a degree in geology and a phd in environmental science and armed with this knowledge of soils and landscape she can bring alot to the practice of winemaking. Jeremy moved to South Australia and was hooked from his first vintage... nineteen years later Drifter was born.
