Entre Vinyes
The Entre Vinyes out of Catalan, Spain is a project that was stood up to reinvigorate old forgotten vineyards and implement a new biological ecosystem. The wines are all certified organic and thanks to the local climatic conditions of tiny rainfall and large temperature day and night temperature differentials, the 40 hectares of vines are low yielding, holding concentrated and balanced fruit.
