Ryan and Spike are two young farmers and vignerons in Victoria, farming a small hectare of their own Pinot Noir in Woiworung/Dixons Creek and working with other select organic growers to source beautiful, character filled expressions with a simple and hands-off approach in the winery to achieve this.
