Giovino is a collaborative project between Dario Serrentino of Sicily’s Mortellito and the Australian wine Importer QuelVino.
Dario is the heart and the hand behind this 25 hectares family owned estate. From 2014 Dario decided to start vinifying his own wines, after years of selling grapes to local, low intervention heroes such as Lamoresca or Cornelissen.
