Grain par Grain

Having worked in and around wine for many years, Caroline Ledédenté's first two vintages have already taken the natural wine world by storm.

Translated literally as 'little by little', Caroline is only a the beginning of her winemaking journey but has already made enormous impressions on friends, vignerons and restaurants. With only a small holding she maintains herself, Caroline sources grapes from growers in Savoie and Bugey, bu slowly growing her own. All the wines are made with organic grapes, nothing at all is added or used in the cellar (not even sulphur). Her wines fresh and expressive in their detail, astounding in their varied aromatic and fruit richness.
