Jérémie Choquet & Blandine Floch

Blandine Floch and Jérémie Choquet began their winemaking careers in the early 2000’s and from 2018 ran a domain together as married partners. They split in 2019, now presenting their own labels. The couple’s past experience covers vineyards across France and Georgia, including Clos du Tue Boeuf, Domaine du Scarabée and more, equipped them with the skills they needed to return to the Loire Valley and begin their own project, inspired and spurred on for their love of farming and minimal natural winemaking in the cellar. Today they each farm around 2.5ha of vines, which are planted to a range of different varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Romorantin, Gamay, Côt, Pinot Noir and Pineau d’Aunis.
