In the rolling hills of Sicily's interior, the middle of nowhere, lies the incredible Lamoresca vines with the smouldering Etna in the distance. After years in restaurants and retail Filippo decided to get back to the land the best way he knew how, become a winemaker. Filippo's vineyards are a mix of clay and sand; depending on the variety, they are planted on corresponding soil type. Filippo works the land in an organic way and his wines see minimal oak and sulphur.
