Born in 2015 Lapati Wines is a joint project of Vincent Jullien and Guillaume Gouerou after meeting at an art villa where discussions and mutual desires to make wine with local growers in a more environmentally friendly way and with use of the traditional Georgian techniques and equipment like the Qvevri. Vincent and Guillaume strive to make fresh enjoyable wines that combine both traditional Georgian and European winemaking techniques, with a French touch.
