Les Vignes de Paradis is the Domaine of 5th Generation winemaker Dominique Lucas. He biodynamically farms 7 hectares just outside the small village of Ballasions on the slopes of Lake Geneva.
Deeply committed to making some of France’s best examples of Chasselas, meticulously passing through his 27 parcels until ripeness is optimum. With constant experimentation, natural fermentation and minimal use of sulphur, Lucas produces quite simply some of Savoie’s most animated, boundless and thrilling whites.
