The story of Louis begins goes all the way back to 1905 to the St Huberts orchard in Coldstream where their Napoleone orchard now sits. Rumour has it that a falling stick incident caused an unfortunate damage to Louis Cardinoux's eye and he lost his left eye.
The refreshing and hand-made cider is a nod to their friend in the field. Delicious apples picked from their Yarra Valley Napoleone Orchard and cold crushed. That's all there is to it. No added sugar, no concentrate. Pure cider.
