Milan Nestarec

The Czech Republic has a complex and quite a turbulent history and the Nestarec family's vineyard, having once been stolen by the Bolsheviks in 1948, has managed to stay family owned and managed through generations. Milan took over winemaking in 2008, managing 30 hectares under vine and working in organic and biodynamic means across the parcels. Milan is experimental in his winemaking, pushing the boundaries and the equation of 'weirder = better'.
