A mix and experimental play on old world techniques, their wines are pure pleasure, made with love and designed to share. Simo Murphy the young winemaker, dropped out of a landscape architecture degree to pursue the dream. He has done stints across the Loire, Bordeaux, Alsace and Languedoc before time in the Margaret River at Devil's Lair and finally 5 years as an assistant winemaker in the Yarra.
Tom Robson has worked in the Melbourne Hospitality Industry for over 15 years. He loves the nostalgia of historic Melbourne Pubs & has most recently been the Manager & Sommelier of the Malvern Hotel. He is classically trained in the wine Industry but has developed a love for Natural and lo-fi wine, believing the simplicity, no fuss approach makes better wine.
