Home to La Stoppa, Denavolo, the hills of Val Charo in Emilia-Romagna, were once beaches. It is here where Elisabetta is producing beautiful rustic and terroir driven natural wines.

Grapes have been cultivated on the hills of Val Chero since Roman time. It's by 'lovingly respecting nature and biological cycles' that third generation winemaker, Elisabetta Montesissa cares for the estate's ten hectares of vineyards. Majority of the wine is left untamed and completely wild in order to protect biodiversity. All the grapes are both hand-harvested and tended to following biodynamic principles.
