Producing wines from her own vineyard in Hakodate and also from organic producers in Yoichi, Nora-Kura emphasises on wines made from place, not varietal. Usually vinified and aged in stainless steel or concrete vats and are sulphate free. Over the years, these wines have become a bit of a cult classic that are difficult to find in Japan due to their unique style, freshness, and cleanness.
