A small artisan winery nestled in the Caucasus Mountain in Georgia. Hand harvesting, indigenous yeasts and an approach that allows the grapes to maturely themselves are all done in effort to preserve the unique terroir. Using traditional clay vessels called Qvevri, the primary focus here is to honour the artisanal production of wine.
