Mel works for the Commune of Buttons and is qualified in Oenology and Viticulture, Sarah is a seasoned hospo and also wine-o working with the Summertown Aristologist and Les Fruits and Joss - balancing four different jobs whilst helping Gareth at Gentle Folk. Now in their 4th vintage, Parley have seemingly brought a signature style to their wines. They are pure fruited and inform the drinker, in detail of their place of origin.
