Champagne Paul Launois is a relatively new player  in the highly sought-after Le Mednil-sur-Oger, a grand cru-village in the  Côte des Blancs, but their history in the village go back 3 generations.

Now, custodians Julian and Sarah have become part of the vanguardist Champagne movement that has seen innovation in its approach to what high quality Champagne can be.
