Peco Wines is a tiny tiny project down in Tasmania in the Tamar Valley, started by Hannah and Ben (both from wine families) made in the most natural wine manner possible with no additions at any stage.
The project is an extension of themselves with most of the fruit sourced from the Swinging Gate vineyard and a few parcels sourced from nearby vineyards. In 2021 they made only 200 cases. However, they have recently taken on their our own vineyard nearby which they will restore and develop to have more control and say over their fruit. Theior aim is to be completely organic/biodynamic. They currently have one kvervi from Georgia that they use to ferment one wine and age another each vintage, with plans to get more as they are loving the clay outcomes in the wine.
