Takahiro Suga launched +Personal Wines back in 2019. Based in the Adelaide Hills with small batches of sourced grapes, the underlying philosophy is minimal intervention, maximum land appreciation and revealing the diversity that Australia has. The wines are made for enjoyment. Taka combines experience from Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Austria and his home country Japan to make precise, lean and umami based wines.
