'We believe in working only with local, indigenous Piedmontese grape varieties and we fiercely defend the local winemaking traditions both in the vineyards and in the cellar.'

Their farming is certified organic, indigenous yeasts in the cellar and sulphur is absent or added only in small quantities at bottling. The wines are often light, flavour full and just easy drinking bottles. Less thinking, more drinking.
