This is Jack and George's second wine foray with Putabida Wines. Operating out of Boomtown Co-op in central Victoria, they have been fortunate enough to work alongside some of the more veteran Vic natural winemakers to come out of this community like Tim Sproal, Tom Shobbrook and time in Western Australia too with Sam Vinciullo.
The duo met Tim (Minim Wines) at boomtown when they moved to Castlemaine and both began working with him pretty soon after. Georgia on the cellar door and Jack as a cellar hand. Both were very very green, but they got into the swing of things quickly and were of course overwhelmed with the community's enthusiasm and support for newbie hands-on winemakers.
