The sake at Notwasted is all curated with assistance from incredible importers like Black Market Sake and others. The selection is based upon 'entry-level' tasting qualities and maker qualities equivalent to that of the natural winemakers that we represent. The range is solely Junmai or ‘Pure Rice’ sake, made without added ethyl alcohol or other additions. There is also an extensive range of flavour profiles thanks to a large spectrum of polishing rates (of the rice hull).
