Stellacello

Having grown up in an Australian-Italian family that made its own traditional liqueurs Joe Stella decided to start making some of his own at home and to share with friends. Based in East London, he gave the old recipes a modern twist and started in the bathtub.

And so the first Stellacello was released in 2012. A grapefruit oriented, racy pink liqueur that was listed a some notable hospo venues including Ottolenghi, Polpo and the Tate Modern. After such success of the first few releases, an Amaro was brought to the people in 2017. Almost all fresh ingredients and all natural ones, the liqueurs are not overly experimental or polarising, both with great depth, complexity and delicious flavours that draw you back in for more.
