Three friends united over their ideals, producing exceptional small batch wines that show characteristics of their conventional counterparts but much more playful and made naturally of course.
It was started by three young men from local farming families who were deeply attached to their land and traditional practices, who had a belief in organic farming and biodiversity as the way of the future and were committed to a way of life and farming that would be sustainable over the long term. Today they work 100 hectares, 25 of them as vineyards, the rest made up of pasture, forage, cereals vegetable garden and wood.
