Ve d’Avior
Ve d’Avior is the personal project of Cati Ribot, a third generation grape farmer, the inaugural vintage in 2019 of Mallorca. Her family's 14 hectare estate, Galmes I Ribot, is located in Santa Margalida, north east Mallorca. An island bathed in sunshine, the summers are hot, the winters mild. International varieties are not suited to the climate, making high alcohol wines, whilst the indigenous varieties produce wines fresher and lower in alcohol.
