Vigna Flor was started as an agricultural project back in 2019 in the Colli Euganei natural park. Trained in the art of permaculture, Davide Boldrin and Francesca Gozzonspired are inspired by principles of both synergistic and regenerative agriculture. They are cultivating just two hectares of vines and another hectare which they rent.
The vines are terraced on calcareous sedimentary soil and the other one is in a valley between two hills. All the vines are worked with organic practices and sulphur is completely banned from use there. All grapes are hand-pressed, hand-destemmed and pressed with their feet.
