Vincent Caillé

Vincent Caillé's family have been tending the lands on where this wine is made for 5 generations, however, it was Vincent that made the monumental change to switch the farming to organics in 1996 along with a new generation of wine-growers that are pursuing a road of biodiversity and never comprising on quality within the region.  These wines are always encouraged with extended lee's time to tone and relax the highly acid-driven varietals.  Minerality and poise are something that is translated time and time again within these quartz, loam, and granite-based soils.
