What type of wines am I getting?

There are four different types of Juice Club packs. All the Juice Club packs will fit into the monthly theme that is there to be informative but also curated.

There are four options laid out above to cater for everyone from first-timer all the way through to natural wine aficionados.

Can I give feedback on the wines I receive?

Of course. Feedback helps us tailor our subscriptions better. Send through any feedback to  and every comment is taken on board.

When am I charged?

You will be charged for your first Juice Club pack when upon sign up and then the first day of each month that you will be receiving your wines.

Can I manage the frequency of my subscription packs?

Yes! You can choose to receive your Juice Club packs every month, two months, three months, four months… the options are endless!

Once you’ve purchased the subscription, simply log-in to the subscription portal and head to ‘Subscription’ tab in the menu bar, then you’ll see the ‘Order Frequency’ of which you can change.

Can I cancel, pause or skip any of my months?

Of course you can! We need to know by the 15th of the current month if you wish to cancel your subscription (as we confirm all wines then). You can also pause membership or skip a month in your subscription portal use the link to your account above.

When will wines be sent out and cut-off for the next month?

All Juice Club packs will be sent out within 2-3 business days of ordering.

If your order falls before the 15th of the current month, your second Juice Club pack will be sent out this same month.

If your order falls after the 15th of the current month, your second Juice Club pack won’t be sent out the first week of the next month and you won’t be charged again until the second month.
