Kofta
1 packet lamb mince ( 500g)
olive oil
chilli flakes/ salt .pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 red onion finely chopped
2 big handfuls chopped parsley
1 handful pine nuts
Salad
2 cups sliced red cabbage
1/2 cup sliced fennel
2 handfuls chopped parsley
1 handful pine nuts
1 handful goji berries
cumin
olive oil
juice 1 lemon
Tahini
juice 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
Pair with your favourite red and enjoy!
