Sarah shows us her love for health & wellness with mouth watering homemade Koftas, tahini yogurt and SLAW! ⁠She unpacks how eating healthy can be enjoyable and done with little effort. ⁠This recipe showcases the healthy balance we all need throughout summer. The mix of flavourful kofta, homemade Tahini and fresh citrus filled slaw is the perfect dish for the grilling season.

1 packet lamb mince ( 500g)

olive oil

chilli flakes/ salt .pepper

1 tbsp cumin

1/2 red onion finely chopped

2 big handfuls chopped parsley

1 handful pine nuts



2 cups sliced red cabbage

1/2 cup sliced fennel

2 handfuls chopped parsley

1 handful pine nuts

1 handful goji berries


olive oil

juice 1 lemon



juice 1/2 lemon

1 tbsp tahini

2 tbsp greek yoghurt

  • Combine all your kofta ingredients together well and roll into desired size balls. Place on baking tray and drizzle with some olive oil. Bake at 180 for 15 minutes or until slightly golden
  • In a separate bowl combine salad ingredients together and toss well till veggies are coated in herbs and olive oil / lemon
  • Finally mix your tahini ingredients together , adding a bit of water if you need to thin it out. Mix well and spread onto your plate, topping with your kofta and salad


Pair with your favourite red and enjoy!
