Shipping and Returns

Shipping Costs

We use a combination of Australia Post and our own vehicles for Notwasted deliveries.

Free shipping is available for all orders over $150 in our Sydney Metro & Northern Beaches Zone and $199 Australia-wide to most metropolitan cities in Australia with the exception of any promotional discount or regions below.

Regional areas may be subject to an incremental fee based on order size. Express delivery is managed through our partners at Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the order and your location.

It’s expensive for wine shipments to Northern Territory and Pilbara so unfortunately we have to charge a fee for these areas.

 

 

Shipping Options

SYDNEY

There are various options available. Same day delivery, no rush delivery and standard Australia Post.

Within 10km of CBD & Northern Beaches

  1. Same Day Sydney – A same day service 6 days a week. Monday to Saturday cut-off for orders is 1pm Includes SMS and email notifications with live tracking.
  2. No rush deliveries – If you’re happy for us to deliver efficiently, we will get your order to you in 1-4 days you’ll save some $$ if your order is under $150.

The person on the order must be over the age of 18 must and must be present to receive the delivery. Redelivery will incur a secondary delivery charge. An SMS will be sent with tracking details.

Delivery to Northern Beaches postcode 2084 will be completed as soon as practical but not guaranteed for same day delivery. Postcode 2108 will include Palm Beach and Whale Beach suburbs only for same day.

AUSTRALIA WIDE EXPRESS

  1. Express & Carbon Neutral – Orders are generally delivered in 2 business days on average for east coast cities following dispatch. Orders received before 12pm will be dispatched same day. For delivery estimates to your city please email us at drinkme@notwasted.com.au

Hot Weather Shipments

If there are extremely high temperatures we may decide to halt your shipment to avoid risk of spoiling the wine.

 

 

 

Notwasted Rewards

Account members will will receive 5% in store credit for every bottle of wine purchased. For more information here over here. The store credit will only be earned for wine purchases and you can decide how much credit you wish to redeem on a future purchase.

 

 

 

Order Status & Cancellations

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email following the checkout process. The order confirmation contains your invoice number and all relevant details relating to the order.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed the same business day they are received. Orders placed after 12pm (AEST), may be fulfilled the following business day.

Order Shipment

Once we have processed the order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will contain a link and tracking number for the shipment.For more information on delivery times around Australia please email drinkme@notwasted.com.au

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accomodate any changes or cancellations before shipping.To modify your order please email drinkme@notwasted.com.au with your order number.

Order Status

To check on your order status:

– Login into your NOTWASTED account

– Under ‘My Account’ there will be an area with your ‘Order History’

– The ‘Fulfillment Status’ will be either ‘Fulfilled’ or ‘Unfulfilled’, if an order has been shipped it will be ‘Fulfilled’

Returns & Refund Policy

As natural wines are very sensitive to the surrounding environment and perishable if not taken care of, we do not offer change of mind refunds.For orders where a mistake has been made, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the order.

Damaged Parcels

Our policy with our couriers is to return damaged items back to us. The following process will occur for damaged items:

  • If package has been confirmed damaged by the courier, Notwasted will send out a replacement box.
  • Any out-of-stock items that are damaged can be refunded or replaced.
  • Refunds will take up to 15  days to process.

Returning an Order & Return to Sender

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If an incorrect address is used and the item is returned to sender, unfortunately we will have to charge you for the cost of this service.
