This year has been enormous for the delivery companies and our partners so we’re expecting December to be more demanding than ever. Point is get your orders in sooner rather than later to avoid network congestion :).

This is for essentially anyone who is not in Melbourne or Sydney. There is a chance you can order later in cities like Brisbane, Newcastle and Adelaide, but we can’t guarantee delivery by Christmas

We use a combination of carriers and our own van for Notwasted deliveries.
Delivery is complimentary for orders for 4 more bottles or orders over $99 to most metropolitan cities around Australia (whichever comes first!) and free for 3 bottles or more in Sydney. It’s expensive for wine shipments to Northern Territory, Pilbara and North Queensland so unfortunately we have to charge a fee for these areas.
We offset all our carbon emissions through tree planting initiatives.
Please note we are experiencing some extensive delays for Australia-wide courier deliveries. This excludes our Melbourne Overnight and Sydney Same Day & Next Day Delivery services.

MELBOURNE & MORNINGTON
International shipping is available to some countries with the exception of the USA. Head to the checkout to view pricing to your city.
If there are extremely high temperatures we may decide to halt your shipment to avoid risk of spoiling the wine.
Free shipping is available for all orders with 4 wines or $100 spend to most metropolitan cities in Australia with the exception of any promotional discount. Regional areas may be subject to an incremental fee based on order size. Express delivery is managed through our partners at Australia Post, Fastway, TNT and other carriers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of the order and your location.
Shipping Delivery Attempts
With our Express and Carbon Neutral delivery, if a parcel cannot be delivered on the first attempt, it will either be delivered to your closest Australia Post location or re-delivery will be attempted.
After a delivery attempt is made, the driver will leave a card with tracking information and instructions for re-delivery or pick-up. An email will also be sent to you with this information.
Account members will will receive 10% in store credit for every bottle of wine purchased. For more information here over here. The store credit will only be earned for wine purchases and you can decide how much credit you wish to redeem on a future purchase.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email following the checkout process. The order confirmation contains your invoice number and all relevant details relating to the order.
Orders will be processed the same business day they are received. Orders placed after 11:00 (AEST), may be fulfilled the following business day.
Once we have processed the order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will contain a link and tracking number for the shipment.For more information on delivery times around Australia see ‘Shipping’.
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order
You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been packed and/or shipped. We will do our best to accomodate any changes or cancellations before shipping.To modify your order please email email@example.com with your order number.
To check on your order status:
– Login into your NOTWASTED account
– Under ‘My Account’ there will be an area with your ‘Order History’
– The ‘Fulfillment Status’ will be either ‘Fulfilled’ or ‘Unfulfilled’, if an order has been shipped it will be ‘Fulfilled’

As natural wines are very sensitive to the surrounding environment and perishable if not taken care of, we do not offer change of mind refunds.For orders where a mistake has been made, please let us know within 30 days of receiving the order.
Returning an Order & Return to Sender
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If an incorrect address is used and the item is returned to sender, unfortunately we will have to charge you for the cost of this service.
