2018 Chekura Mingaco Moscatel
If you have never tried the Moscatel variety, this is the place to start. Farmed without imported principles of biodynamic/organic viticulture from overseas, Daniella and Pablo create their own preparations from native flora. The wine is uniquely aged outdoors in fibreglass vats. The wine has strong stone and fresh fruit flavours, still softly savoury, textural but doesn't fall away in the mouth. It's one of our favourite Chilean wines we've tasted.
