2019 Boaz 'Boo' Grenache
With fruit sourced from Fiona Wood's Tullah vineyard in McLaren Flat, de-stemmed by hand and macerated for 5 days. Pressed and rested for 15 months. Light in colour, fluid and light in weight. Orange notes, savoury wisps, dark red fruits and forest floor backed with freshness. Serve with a slight chill and give it some air. Notes by Liz Carey.
