Young sommelier has turned his wealth of wine knowledge into some pretty genuine and delicious naturals. 80% Trebbiano and 20% Moscato/ Sbacarina, co-planted in a 35-year-old vineyard. Fermented in stainless and rested in fiberglass. A rich, lavish palate of with lemon meringue, banana and freshly cut honeydew. Developing into a more herbaceous side with a clean finish. Pair with scallops, or your summer ceviche.
