The Coteau du Rosette cuvee is named after the lieu-dit in which the vineyard is located. It is a small, steep vineyard in Courgis, the village where Alice and Olivier live and make their wine. It was aged in demi-muids (600 litre barrels) for one year then everything was transferred into a 2,500 litre foudre. Not all the smaller barrels were dry and this blending process helped to finish the fermentation. It was bottled in November 2024. - Living Wines, Importer.
