Anthony Curtis - Handforged Oyster Shucking Knife

Very special oyster shucking knife, handforged by Tasmanian blacksmith Anthony Curtis. Sustainably made from a solid piece of reclaimed high-carbon 316 marine grade stainless steel, each knife is heated, twisted, hammered and sharpened by hand. The handle is handcrafted from California Redwood harvested from a tree grown on a farm in Tasmania; planted over a 100 years ago. The sheath from Australian leather. Each knife is unique. Shuck in style. Please note each handle varies slightly in colour and grain.
