Adelaide Hills Moscato Giallo from the Parish Hill vineyard in Uraidla, SA. Wild fermented, 28 days on skins with light cap plunging. Free run juice & pressings, 11 months élevage on gross lees in well seasoned French Oak. 12 months in bottle prior to release. Straw yellow in colour, tropical, pineapple, textural, a hint of saline bitterness on the back palette.  A typical expression of our maceration Moscato Giallo. - Architects of Wine, Winery.
