Bret’s began in 1991 in Central Brittany (or 'Breton' in French) when Alain Glon created a cooperative of potato farmers, who shared varieties and cultivation techniques. Today, Brets is still 100% family owned, partnering with 285 local potato farmers in Brittany and the Auvergne to produce the tastiest chippies in France.
