Buronfosse - 2023 Belemnites Chardonnay/Savagnin

Named after another prehistoric marine fossil, it's a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin from limestone, clay and marl, with spontaneous fermentation and gentle élevage preserving the character of Jura's ancient seabed.
