Equal parts comfort & classy, it's built for slow sipping as the nights draw in. Chill a Nick & Nora glass (or coupe). Shake 45ml Taylor & Smith Honey Gin, 20ml Saison Fallen Quinces Vermouth, 15ml lemon juice & a dash of grapefruit & chamomile bitters with ice.
